At Haynesdental we provide four types of teeth whitening to suit every budget: deeper whitening at £599, power whitening in-surgery at £399, custom tray whitening at £270 or a disposable tray whitening system at £125. 

Deeper Whitening £599

Deeper whitening is a combination of tray whitening and barrier whitening (see animations below) and the fee of £599 includes a 30 minute consulation before any treatment is started with the dentist. Firstly, impressions are taken of the teeth so that custom trays can be made up - these are then given to you for use at home for 2 weeks with the proprietary bleaching gel. This 'primes' the teeth for the next stage allowing the teeth to fully 'absorb' the whitening bleach. Following your two week at home course you come into the surgery for a further 2 hour appointment so that the UV light can be applied. Deeper whitening is an incredibly powerful treatment and is most suitable for people that have dark or yellow colouration of the teeth which is intrinsic to the enamel. For example, some clients who suffer from darker teeth as a result of being given tetracycln as a child have benefited greatly from this intensive treatment.

Power Whitening £399 (Britesmile)

A barrier is applied and then UV light

If you are interested in moving forward with the treatment, our dentists will then examine your teeth and gums to ensure they are healthy for whitening at that time. Then, while you relax our proprietary gel and blue light treatment work to whiten teeth to their optimal brightness.

Custom Tray Whitening £270

Impressions are taken then trays are made especially for you

Impressions are taken of your teeth and then soft plastic custom trays are made of your upper and lower teeth. These trays are made available for you to take home with some proprietary whitening gel. You apply the gel yourself in the comfort of your own home and leave the trays in during the day or over-night (for a min of 2 hours) every day for two weeks. Please come in for a consultation with your dentist - the cost for tray whitening is £270.

Day Time Whitening £125

Disposable trays are bought 'off the peg' - along with some gel which is suitable for home use. You need to have the gel on for 30-60 minutes a day for 10 days - these kits are great for a quick lift in colour.
