Why I like white fillings.....
..actually they are not white. They are tooth coloured fillings because teeth are not white - anything but white. A pure white filling would stand out like a sore thumb if the tooth itself is not pure white, and so for this reason a properly placed filling should be invisible and not draw attention to itself. The correct name for them is 'composite restorations' and 'glass ionomer restorations'. At Haynesdental we only place white fillings.

Has it been a while since your last check up?
Are you worried about being told off?
Or being told you need thousands pounds worth of work on your teeth?
Perhaps you are afraid of going to the dentist because of a bad experience in the past…
Well please don’t be afraid!
Whether it is one year, or ten years, since your last visit to a dentist; you can be assured that from the first time you see us we will always have your best interests at heart and - no telling off!
We are a friendly, affordable family dental practice that can offer you the chance to get your dental care back on track at a reasonable cost.
We have been based in West Dulwich since 1958 and are a trusted part of the local community - many of our patients have been coming here since we opened! We offer the best, most cost effective care to our patients and always have their needs at the forefront of our minds.
We are not going to persuade you to have lots of lengthy and expensive cosmetic work - unless of course that is what you want.
We want YOU to be able to keep your own natural teeth for as long as possible. We pride ourselves on the fact that we put our patients first.
We will provide quality care at a reasonable price and we will always be open and up front about what you really need to have done to keep a nice clean smile.
A first check up is 45 minutes long - we cover all of your medical history, go over what care you would like for your teeth and take x-rays. The total cost for this first check up is £53. Thereafter the check up fee is only £23.52. Please read below for all the services that we provide and see our fees page for further information on our costs.
So please don’t put it off any longer – give us a call or email us and come and see for yourselves the benefits of joining Haynesdental.
LOVE YOUR TEETH - join Haynesdental.
We look forward to welcoming you!
Dr Peter Haynes, Dr Luke Lucas, Dr Emily Parikh and Dr Ahmed Al-Khayatt
